(d) During the warranty period, we will cover the transportation and repair costs incurred due to product quality issues, excluding costs resulting from accidental damage, misuse, or improper usage.

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, the wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to our support team at our email. We will guide you through the exchange process and ensure that you receive a replacement item that meets your satisfaction.

The warranty on SKE Power's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
